SENTRIAlertsYou must first apply for the SENTRI program through the DHS Trusted Traveler Programs website. You will be asked to pay a $122.25 fee for a 5 year membership. You will also have to fill out questions regarding your background.
Note: SENTRI (Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection) is specifically designed for travelers who frequently cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
Start Your SENTRI ApplicationAfter your application has been submitted, you will have to wait for conditional approval. Conditional approval means that you have been pre approved for the SENTRI program, but you need to schedule an interview to finalize your application.
The conditional approval process can take anywhere from 24 hours to multiple months, depending on the volume of applications, your background, etc.
Congratulations! You've been conditionally approved for SENTRI. The next step is to schedule your interview at Phoenix Sky Harbor Enrollment Center (PHX).
You might notice that Phoenix Sky Harbor Enrollment Center (PHX) is showing "No appointments available for this location", or the next appointment available is months out.
So what can you do?

Directions: The Global Enrollment Center's new location is on the third floor of Terminal 4 East side. From the parking garage at T-4, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The office is located on the East side by Checkpoint "B" across from Dunkin Donuts. If you are coming from the West, take interstate 10 to exit 149 toward Sky Harbor; continue onto E Sky Harbor Blvd; keep left to stay on E Sky Harbor Blvd; use the 2nd from the right lane to stay on E Sky Harbor Blvd, slight right to Terminal 4. If traveling from the East take interstate 10 to exit 153A to merge onto AZ-143 N toward Sky Harbor; take exit 3B toward Sky Harbor/Airport; merge onto E Sky Harbor Blvd, keep right to Terminal 4.
Notes: **Each applicant must log into their own account and make an appointment. It is only possible to make one appointment per account on the scheduling website. Please be on time for your appointment, this location is usually booked. Arriving late may forfeit your appointment slot. Applicants must bring in a valid Passport Book and Driver's License (if registering a vehicle). If the applicant is a non-citizen, the applicant must also bring an Alien Resident Card, United States Visa, or Border Crossing Card.
