SENTRIAlertsYou must first apply for the SENTRI program through the DHS Trusted Traveler Programs website. You will be asked to pay a $122.25 fee for a 5 year membership. You will also have to fill out questions regarding your background.
Note: SENTRI (Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection) is specifically designed for travelers who frequently cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
Start Your SENTRI ApplicationAfter your application has been submitted, you will have to wait for conditional approval. Conditional approval means that you have been pre approved for the SENTRI program, but you need to schedule an interview to finalize your application.
The conditional approval process can take anywhere from 24 hours to multiple months, depending on the volume of applications, your background, etc.
Congratulations! You've been conditionally approved for SENTRI. The next step is to schedule your interview at Del Rio Enrollment Center ( Del Rio DRT).
You might notice that Del Rio Enrollment Center ( Del Rio DRT) is showing "No appointments available for this location", or the next appointment available is months out.
So what can you do?
SENTRI interview appointments are constantly cancelled, rescheduled, and added. This means that if you can monitor the interview slots, you can find an appointment that fits your schedule.

Directions: The Enrollment Center is located at the Del Rio Port of Entry which can be accessed from Spur 239 or the newly constructed Qualia relief route and parking in the visitors parking lot located on the East side of the port of entry.
Notes: Valued customers, once you arrive at the port of entry for your scheduled interview, please remain in your vehicle and call us at (830) 306-4334 or 306-4309 to inform us of your arrival. If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID, do not show up to your appointment. You may cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date. Please bring all documents entered on your application such as passports, certificates, visas, driver's license, current vehicle insurance and correct license plate information.
